Only snowdrop leaves are left. In among them you can spot the leaves of pignut and cat’s-ear, which will be the next flowers on this patch.
What I think are wild daffodils begin to flower as the snowdrops die back. There are some cultivated narcissi too. They flower later in the year.
The first Boggy Brae snowdrops of the year always appear in the same spot in the shelter of an azalea bush.
