I think these blobs on Meadowsweet leaves are the midge galls Dasineura ulmaria. Apparently they turn red as they progress. You can just about see that beginning in the lower photo showing what they look like on the underside of the leaf.
There are no flower buds on the peony this year but the green spider is happy
I think this one is Broad-leaved Willowherb (Epilobium montanum)

I don’t know what species or subspecies or hybrid the one below is. It has much narrower leaves and what looks like a club-shaped stigma as opposed to the one with four lobes above. Nice to catch a wee pink beastie as well.
